One of the important things that sold us on Pulse was it’s ability to import Vector art. As a graphics company, all our work is in vector line art, and to be able to bring that over without having to re-digitize is just great….That and several other fine features led us to purchase Pulse. The only thing we wish is that we had found out about Hirsch and Signature 2000 8 months sooner.

It is 18 months since I started to work with Tajima DG/ML by Pulse DESIGNER. I previously used Wilcom and Proel embroidery software.

I am very happy to be working with DESIGNER because the software works very well. Especially, working with Vectors is much better and easier than in Wilcom software.

I don't know of a team more dedicated to software or to the group of users than the Pulse Team. You all put in extra hours, tons of hard work and it is evident that you are dedicated to making the software and the Pulse list be what it is. Not one other company in the industry goes to so much extra effort for their customers. The loyalty that I have to Pulse is a direct result of the above. The work that you all put into the list and software shows, and it's not fly-by-night. I've been watching this go on for years now. I am continually impressed with how Pulse itself is run and by the sheer effort that all of you put forth on our behalf. It says a lot about the leadership at Pulse, I feel. The fact that you all continually strive to keep raising the bar in this industry speaks volumes. The Pulse list is an extremely valuable tool, one I always recommend highly when talking to Pulse users. It's very much appreciated that you put forth the effort to moderate the list along with your other job requirements. It's pretty cool that folks can post to the list and you guys actually read, and frequently answer, the questions about the software. I'm not aware of any other company that gives their customers direct access to the software team. Pulse really is several bars above any other software developer and I suspect it will remain that way because of the drive this company has. You actually listen to the customers and make changes where it makes sense. Pulse is awesome stuff and it is because of the team that develops it.

I love that attitude! No matter how much money I've spent and how much I am not quite making YET (but will), I have no doubt I'm with the right company just because of that attitude.
