Pulse at IMB 2006 in Cologne, Germany Once again, Cologne city bustled with the excitement of embroiderers, digitizers, and professionals from the apparel and textile processing industries as it hosted IMB 2006 from May 10th to 13th. As an exhibitor in the Tajima booth at IMB 2006, Pulse Microsystems had yet another impressive showing at an international stage. Showcased at this important event were the innovative, intelligent and interactive features of Edition Xi, and a sneak preview of the upcoming features in version 11.1. The dazzling new Sequin features were a big hit! Only Tajima DG/ML by Pulse offers a complete suite of sequin tools that are unmatched in the industry: the versatile Sequin tool, industry's- first automatic Sequin Fill tool, revolutionary Eccentric sequin and 4 all new Sequin fonts! Tajima machines were in perfect harmony with their enhanced Sequin functionality. Draw Fusion, a new, interactive feature that allows customers to create embroidery designs instantly from artwork created or imported into CorelDRAW® also generated a lot of buzz amongst customers. Networking sparked renewed interest as customers saw how sending designs to multiple machines was an easy and efficient process. 3 Tajima machines were networked wirelessly and 1 New NEO was connected by cable using TBF bi-directional protocol. Smart LCD, an application that runs on a PDA (portable device), was also demonstrated at the booth. Using the Smart LCD, customers can add lettering to designs, send the design to the Neo machine, and see status of the design remotely. Pulse and Tajima staff enjoyed meeting with customers and hearing from them. Also present were many of our distributors from around the world who were happy to meet with their customers, answer questions, and give demonstrations of Edition Xi in preferred languages. Thank you to all who came to visit us at IMB 2006. We look forward to seeing you again soon. If you missed going to IMB 2006, you can still arrange to get a demo of the Tajima machine and Edition Xi software by calling the closest Tajima distributor. Here are a few pictures from the show: |
