What is XPressNet, and how will it improve productivity?

XPressNet allows you to network multiple machines efficiently without requiring specialized software or remote devices. Whether you have a few machines or many, we have a simple and robust way for you to network, so you can manage your production and gain cost saving advantages.

XPressNet is flexible, simple to set-up and manage, and easily expandable to a more advanced network. Now, you can send designs to machines quickly and easily, see status of sewing on the machines, view reports on production, and create an efficient business environment for your embroidery shop.

XPressNet can send design data to all popular embroidery machines and collect production data from most Tajima machines.

XPressNet set up

XPressNet can be setup wirelessly or with wires. You can connect multiple serial embroidery machines using any level of Pulse Signature software. What's more, it is easy to integrate design management software called Librarian for a powerful and efficient way to manage designs.

Machine Status & Data Collection

With XPressNet, you can get real time status-whether the machine is running, has stopped, or has a thread break, and see the progress of the design while it is being embroidered.

Managers can watch the state of production without being on the production floor.

The Data Collection feature allows managers to see summary reports of machine efficiency (which can be imported into programs like MS® Excel®) and production efficiency, thereby providing tools to improve the overall productivity of the embroidery operation.
